Shipping Policy & Pricing

Shipping is free for products bought online where the total spend, excluding delivery, is £20 and over.

Where the spend on products is less than £20 there is a flat rate delivery charge of £5.

Gift Vouchers purchased online will not incur a delivery charge.

Collection of products from Penelope's Beauty Room is free for any spend amount (please select Store Collection at checkout).

 

Delivery is only available within UK, any overseas orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Dispatch, Estimated Delivery Times and Collection

 

Where items are in stock they will usually be dispatched by the following business day, using Royal Mail next day delivery, but please allow up to 5 business days for your products to arrive.

If you have not received your products after 5 business days please contact Penelope's.

If an item is out of stock delivery can take longer, but we will contact you to advise on estimated delivery times.

Where you have selected to pick up from Penelope's, this is usually available from the next business day. Please wait for notification that your products are ready before coming to collect them.

Returns and Refunds Policy

​Customer satisfaction is important to us and we hope that you are happy with your purchase from Penelope's. If, however, you are dissatisfied with your purchase and you wish to return anything bought from us, we will refund or exchange a product provided it is returned in a fully re-saleable condition.

Any purchases returned that have been unpackaged, opened or damaged will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged.

Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging
